Um livro de histórias curtas (ou não) presents a round trip where various narratives come together in one story. Through a selection from the Adorna gallery archive, Virginia de Diego projects a story intertwined between the past and its reunions; the heat, the mourning and the struggle, one and all verses, some beatific figures and a cycle that returns and revolves around us. A lost territory, geographically, temporally and imaginatively, where memories are sealed and places inaccessible. An ode to summer as a place of emotions and, thus, a region proper to photography. An archaeological exercise not only of recovery but, above all, of creation.
With works by: Michael Ackerman, Dimitra Dede, Jorge Isla, Stéphane Lagoutte, Marco Rocha, Rico Schwartzberg, David Trullo, Bruno Silva and Cynthia Zaharr.
